Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets Prediction, Odds and Best Bet for November 15, 2026

Game time: November 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET

Venue: MetLife Stadium — East Rutherford, NJ

Article updated Nov 8, 10:39 AM EST

The Buffalo Bills will beat the New York Jets, Buffalo 27, New York 20, in our November 15 forecast. Buffalo’s strong favorite price is the main reason to select the Bills, while recent offensive-line injury concerns temper the projected margin. Neither Bills -7.5 (-110) nor the total of 51 offers a sufficiently persuasive wager. The official SportsJaw betting recommendation is Pass.

Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets prediction and best bet

Buffalo is the pick to win, with low confidence in the exact margin. The supplied moneyline makes the Bills the clear market favorite, but backing them to win and paying to back them against a 7.5-point spread are different decisions.

The injury reports add reasons for caution on both sides. Buffalo had questions on the left side of its offensive line, while New York had concerns at receiver and across its defense. Those reports concern Week 9, so none of those designations should be carried forward as confirmed November 15 absences. The best bet is Pass.

Buffalo Bills outlook

Buffalo’s November 7 injury report ruled receiver Joshua Palmer out with a hamstring injury for the November 9 Minnesota game. Left tackle Dion Dawkins was questionable with a rib injury after missing practice all week. Left guard Alec Anderson was questionable with an ankle injury, although he returned to practice Saturday.

The Bills identified Tylan Grable as the likely replacement if Dawkins could not play. That makes left-side protection a useful consideration for this forecast: if those concerns persist, Buffalo could have a harder time building the cushion needed to cover. It is a conditional concern, not a claim that either lineman will miss the Jets game.

The same report offered more encouraging personnel news elsewhere. Spencer Brown practiced throughout the week and had no injury designation for Minnesota. DJ Moore, Keon Coleman and Dalton Kincaid also had no designation. Those details keep the earlier report from being read as uniformly negative.

New York Jets outlook

The Jets’ November 6 report ruled Garrett Wilson out of the November 8 Kansas City game with a concussion after three missed practices. Linebacker Trevin Wallace was also ruled out with a groin injury. His participation declined from limited Wednesday to no practice Thursday or Friday.

Breece Hall’s practice progression was more encouraging. He participated fully Thursday and Friday after a quad injury, and the Jets described him as set to return against Kansas City. That was an expectation for the earlier game, not confirmation of his participation or his availability against Buffalo.

Joseph Ossai, VJ Payne, Harrison Phillips and Nahshon Wright were questionable for Kansas City. David Bailey and Mason Taylor practiced fully Friday. For New York, the key distinction is between encouraging practice participation and a settled lineup. The earlier report supplies the former for several players without settling the latter for November 15.

Key matchup factors

The price supplies a stronger directional signal than the injury reports: Buffalo is favored to win, while the personnel information leaves several possible paths to the final margin. The moneyline and spread are parts of the same market assessment, not independent confirmations of a Buffalo edge.

Protection and receiving availability are the most useful football considerations here. Lingering Buffalo line problems could narrow the margin; lingering New York receiving problems could make an upset harder. Neither scenario is confirmed. The forecast balances those possibilities without assigning a statistical advantage to either offense or defense.

Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets spread prediction

Spread recommendation: Pass on Buffalo -7.5 (-110) and New York +7.5 (-110). Our seven-point projected margin would put the Jets inside the spread by half a point.

That small difference is too fragile to turn into a Jets wager. The forecast is an editorial estimate, and a modest change in the finish would reverse the spread result. Buffalo remains the winner selection, but the recent personnel concerns also make laying more than a touchdown unappealing.

Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets total prediction

Total recommendation: Pass on Over 51 (-110) and Under 51 (-110). The projected 47 points sit four below the total, giving the forecast an Under direction without making Under the official bet.

The injury scenarios cut across that direction. Offensive absences could reduce scoring, while missing defenders could create opportunities. Without confirmed matchup availability or supported scoring and pace evidence, the projected total is too uncertain to justify paying -110 on either side.

Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets Projected Score & Betting Picks

Game forecast: Buffalo Bills 27, New York Jets 20. The Bills’ substantial favorite status drives the winner selection. The strongest counterargument is that their earlier offensive-line concerns could persist and leave the game closer than the price suggests.

Confidence is low because the football evidence is limited to prior-game injury context. Buffalo is the projected winner, both spread sides and both total directions are passes, and the single official SportsJaw betting lean is Pass.
