Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens Predictions October 25, 2026

Game time: October 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET

Venue: M&T Bank Stadium — Baltimore, MD

Article updated Oct 18, 9:01 AM EDT

By SportsJaw Editorial Team

The Baltimore Ravens will beat the Cincinnati Bengals 27-24 in our forecast for October 25, with Baltimore's stronger record entering Week 6 and home field providing the narrow edge. Cincinnati's bye and Lamar Jackson's ankle injury keep confidence low. Neither Ravens -3.5 nor the total of 50 offers a strong enough advantage for an actionable wager. The official SportsJaw recommendation is Pass.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens prediction and best bet

Baltimore gets the win prediction, but the case is modest. The Ravens entered Week 6 at 4-1 and first in the AFC North. Cincinnati was 3-2 and part of a three-team tie for second. That early record advantage, paired with the home setting, tips the forecast toward Baltimore.

The best bet is Pass. Cincinnati has a Week 6 bye, while Baltimore's quarterback situation remains a significant consideration after Jackson was ruled out against Cleveland. A narrow Ravens victory fits those competing factors. It offers less conviction about either team covering 3.5 points.

Cincinnati Bengals outlook

Cincinnati's clearest situational advantage is its early bye. The Bengals have a break from game action before traveling to Baltimore, whose preceding scheduled matchup was October 18 at Cleveland. The forecast gives Cincinnati some credit for that preparation window without treating rest as a guarantee of better execution.

The Bengals' 3-2 position also gives this divisional trip significance. They entered the weekend alongside Cleveland and Pittsburgh behind Baltimore, so beating the Ravens would directly help their pursuit of the division leader.

Cincinnati's route to the projected close finish is to turn that preparation advantage into a competitive road performance. That is a reasonable forecast, but there is no specific offensive or defensive mismatch here strong enough to make the Bengals an automatic selection at +3.5.

Baltimore Ravens outlook

Baltimore's latest reported victory was an overtime win over Atlanta on October 11. Tyler Huntley started while Jackson recovered from a left ankle sprain. Entering the Cleveland game, the Ravens had won Huntley's previous three starts, giving the home-team forecast some support even amid quarterback uncertainty.

Jackson was ruled out for a second consecutive game against Cleveland. That decision applies to Week 6; it should not be read as a declaration about his availability against Cincinnati.

Baltimore's interior line also required attention ahead of Cleveland. Andrew Vorhees was questionable with a foot injury and Emery Jones Jr. with an ankle injury. Vega Ioane was scheduled for his third consecutive start at center because Cam Jurgens was unavailable with a concussion.

There were encouraging personnel developments, too. Trey Hendrickson was set to return from a two-game absence, and Baltimore activated rookie receiver Ja'Kobi Lane on October 17 after four weeks out with a wrist injury. Neither development warrants assuming a particular Week 7 workload.

Key matchup factors

The biggest distinction is between picking a winner and pricing a margin. Baltimore has enough in its early results to earn the outright selection. Cincinnati's preparation window and the Ravens' unsettled personnel picture make a comfortable winning margin harder to project.

The October 18 SportsJaw consensus update at 12:50 UTC reflects that distinction. Blended support favored Cincinnati +3.5 (-115) at 67% on the spread and Baltimore -180 at 67% on the moneyline. Baltimore's moneyline share increased 17 percentage points from the October 17 snapshot.

Those percentages describe consensus support, not a 67% chance of winning or covering. The blend weights sportsbook sentiment at 80% and SportsJaw participation at 20%. Its leaders are compatible with a close Baltimore win, but popularity alone is not a reason to bet.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens spread prediction

Spread prediction: Pass on Cincinnati Bengals +3.5 (-115) and Baltimore Ravens -3.5 (-105). Our Ravens 27, Bengals 24 forecast would put Cincinnati inside the spread.

That half-point cushion is appealing, but the projected margin is fragile. Cincinnati also carries the more expensive spread price at -115. Baltimore could win without covering, and a small change in the expected margin would reverse the forecast's spread result. Neither side earns an official wager.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens total prediction

Total prediction: Pass on Over 50 (-110) and Under 50 (-110). The projected 51 combined points lean numerically above the line, but a one-point difference is too slight to justify the Over.

Baltimore's quarterback and line availability add uncertainty to that scoring estimate. The recent overtime victory and Cincinnati's bye do not offer a reliable scoring baseline by themselves. There is no compelling reason to pay -110 in either direction.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens projected score

Game forecast: Baltimore Ravens 27, Cincinnati Bengals 24. Baltimore's early record and home venue supply the deciding edge, with its wins in Huntley's recent starts offering an additional reason to retain the Ravens as the winner.

The strongest counterargument is Cincinnati's bye alongside Baltimore's unresolved Week 7 quarterback and line outlook. Confidence is low because those factors could readily change a narrow forecast. The single official SportsJaw betting lean is Pass.
