Pacific Tigers vs Bradley Braves Prediction, Odds and Best Bet for Nov. 7

Game time: November 7, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET

Venue: Carver Arena — Peoria, IL

Article updated Nov 7, 12:35 AM EST

By SportsJaw Editorial Team

Bradley is our projected winner over Pacific, 74-69, with home court the strongest separator between two teams coming off opening wins. Two outside models also favor the Braves, but SportsJaw members and qualified handicappers prefer Pacific against the spread. The supplied Bradley -1.5 (-115) price offers a plausible angle, though our official recommendation is Pass on both markets.

Pacific Tigers vs Bradley Braves prediction and best bet

Bradley gets the straight-up pick in this Nov. 7 matchup, but there is no official best bet. The Braves have the venue advantage and favorable outside projections. Our forecast gives them a five-point win; confidence in that margin is low with each team only one game into the 2026-27 men's college basketball season.

Bandwagon projects Bradley to win 77-69 and assigns the Braves a 75% win probability. AccuScore puts Bradley's win probability at 62% and its projected spread at Bradley -4.5. Those are the publishers' estimates, not measured advantages or SportsJaw win probabilities. Their agreement helps shape the forecast without settling the betting decision.

Pacific Tigers outlook

Jaylen Thompson supplied Pacific's most complete individual performance in its Nov. 3 opener against Bethesda. Pacific's official preview credits him with 21 points on 7-for-10 shooting, seven rebounds, two steals, one block and three made threes. His scoring inside that efficient shooting night is the starting point for the Tigers' offensive case.

There was help beyond Thompson: Adriel Nyorha scored 15, Jaion Pitt had 14 and Gavin Ripp added 12. That distribution offers Pacific several potential scoring options, although one opener is too small a sample to assume the same balance against Bradley.

Pacific also recorded eight blocks. Jacob McFarland, CJ Jones and Pitt contributed two each. That suggests a possible route to disrupting Bradley near the basket, but blocks alone do not tell us how consistently the Tigers can defend possessions.

Bradley Braves outlook

Bradley beat Monmouth (IL) 85-41 in its Nov. 2 opener, according to Pacific's preview. Ben Thornbrue scored 17 points off the bench on 7-for-9 shooting. Josh Ibukunoluwa, Xander Alarie and Trevon Payton also finished in double figures.

Thornbrue's reserve production is particularly useful to the Bradley forecast: the Braves received their leading scoring contribution without needing it to come from a starter. Whether that contribution carries into this matchup matters more than the size of the opening victory.

Bradley's scoring distribution gives Pacific several players to account for. Still, that first result offers no direct comparison with the Tigers. The forecast calls for a much closer game, with Bradley needing productive possessions late rather than another comfortable opening-game margin.

Key matchup factors

Home court breaks the tie in our assessment, but the size of that advantage remains a judgment. Bandwagon says its model incorporates results-based ratings and home advantage. AccuScore also describes its Bradley preference as a home-side projection. Neither explanation supplies a verified matchup-specific efficiency advantage.

SportsJaw sentiment points the other way against the spread. At the Nov. 7 update around 00:04 UTC, Pacific +1.5 (-105) led community selections at 71%. The qualified-handicapper spread leader was also Pacific +1.5 (-105), at 71%. These are separate groups, and neither percentage is a probability that Pacific covers.

The disagreement matters because the decision concerns a small spread. The outside models favor a Bradley margin larger than the price requires, while both SportsJaw groups prefer the points. That leaves a reasonable Bradley forecast alongside meaningful resistance to making it an official wager.

Pacific Tigers vs Bradley Braves spread prediction

Spread recommendation: Pass on Bradley -1.5 (-115) and Pacific +1.5 (-105). Our projected Bradley win would cover, but a projected score is not enough by itself to justify laying the price.

Bandwagon's Bradley -8.5 model spread is substantially more optimistic than AccuScore's Bradley -4.5. Both favor Bradley beyond the supplied number, yet the differing margins and opposing SportsJaw selections temper that apparent opportunity. With only opening-game performances to assess directly, the spread lean stays out of the official betting column.

Pacific Tigers vs Bradley Braves total prediction

Total recommendation: Pass on Over 143.5 (-105) and Under 143.5 (-115). Bradley 74, Pacific 69 adds to 143, just half a point below the supplied total. That is too narrow a forecast margin for an Under wager.

AccuScore assigns the Under a 50.5% cover probability, while Bandwagon lists a 145.5 model total. SportsJaw community selections favor Over 143.5 (-105) at 100%, but that selection share is not certainty about the outcome. These differing views leave neither total direction compelling at its supplied price.

Pacific Tigers vs Bradley Braves Projected Score & Betting Picks

Game forecast: Bradley 74, Pacific 69. Home court and the two outside Bradley projections guide the pick. Pacific's multiple scoring contributors and opening-game shot blocking are the strongest basketball counterarguments, with SportsJaw's spread preferences reinforcing caution.

Confidence is low. Bradley is the predicted winner, while both the spread and total are passes. The single official SportsJaw betting recommendation is Pass.
