The Milwaukee Bucks, a professional basketball team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, have been making their mark in the National Basketball Association (NBA). However, on April 16, 2014, a significant shift occurred when a group led by billionaire hedge fund managers Wes Edens and Marc Lasry reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the team from Kohl. This venture received the approval of the NBA and its Board of Governors one month later on May 16, signaling an exciting new era for the Bucks. Overseeing the team's operations is its manager, Jon Horst, who assumed the role after his predecessor, John Hammond.
