If you are looking for trends, the Dolphins have lost by at least 20 points in four of five games this season. Miami can barely score 10 points and they will be facing a fresh Buffalo team, that has a solid defense. Sure Buffalo has only won by 10 plus points once, but I don't think that will be the case against this Miami defense today. Further, the Dolphins are averaging 8.4 points per game and giving up 36 points, so the UNDER 41 is worth a look on the total bet here. I predict Bills win 27-10.

      My Pick: Under 41

The Phinsider: Dolphins at Bills injury report: Miami without safety, shuffling offensive line again

The Miami Dolphins will be forced to shuffle their offensive line on Sunday when they face the Buffalo Bills after ruling center Daniel Kilgore out of the game with a knee injury. Miami is expected to start Evan Boehm at center in what will be the sixth different offensive line combination the team has used this year - in just six games.

Miami's offensive line had been one of the biggest areas of concern heading into the season and now injuries are constantly leading to shuffling of players.

"I feel good about Boehm," head coach Brian Flores said when asked about the offensive line changes for this week and facing a strong defensive front like Buffalo's.

Buffalo Rumblings: Buffalo Bills vs Miami Dolphins: Five Questions with The Phinsider

On Sunday, the Buffalo Bills return to the field after their bye week to host the Miami Dolphins who are still searching for their first win. To preview this AFC East match up we talked to our good friend Kevin Nogle from SBNation's The Phinsider to get the inside scoop on what's happening down there in Miami.

          1) What's been the deal with Brian Flores? Are fans buying into what he's trying to accomplish?

Flores has been a solid coach trying to learn how to be a head coach. He is still learning, and the team is showing some of the issues - especially a lack of ability to make adjustments at halftime thus far - but overall it has been a solid start to his tenure.

CBS Miami: Fitzpatrick To Start For Dolphins At Buffalo On Sunday

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -- The winless Miami Dolphins have again changed starting quarterbacks because rookie coach Brian Flores changed his mind.

Ryan Fitzpatrick will make his first start since Week 2 when the Dolphins play at Buffalo on Sunday. Flores had previously said Josh Rosen would remain the starter after Fitzpatrick came off the bench and nearly rallied the Dolphins to their first victory last Sunday against Washington.

"We moved the ball better with Ryan in the game, and I think we need to stay with that," Flores said Wednesday. "Came to that conclusion over the last couple of days.

Buffalo Rumblings: Buffalo Bills preparing for Josh Rosen and Ryan Fitzpatrick as Miami Dolphins quarterback

The Buffalo Bills are preparing for both Josh Rosen and Ryan Fitzpatrick for this Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Rosen had been named the starter by Dolphins coach Brian Flores "for the next 12 games", but the second-year player was replaced by the veteran during last week's game.

Update: Flores announced Wednesday morning that Fitzpatrick would start against Buffalo.

After benching Rosen, Fitzpatrick led Miami on a furious comeback. The Dolphins trailed 17-3 entering the fourth quarter when Fitzpatrick, the former Bills starting QB, entered the game and led a touchdown drive.
