The Packers have skimmed off some wins that they probably should have lost and I got them winning this matchup, I wish the line was a little lower but the Raiders have some injuries that may slow their offense and give the Packers a slight edge once again.

Fading Oakland has cost me money this season as this team continues to be resilient in the face of all the injuries and drama and lack of talent at wide receiver. Oakland is coming off of a bye week here however they are still awfully banged up and now without Tyrell Williams at WR. I'm a little gun shy betting against Oakland right now but I think they are a fade on the road against here against this GB team.

            • Packers top 2 receivers are questionable today. The Packers are optimistic that at least one of Allison (concussion/chest) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (ankle/knee) will be active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, but the team will evaluate both in pre-game warmups before deciding on the status of either receiver, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
              ANALYSIS
Both wideouts are listed as questionable for the Week 7 matchup, but Allison may face a tougher road to gain an active status after he was initially given a doubtful designation Friday before being upgraded Saturday.

Silver And Black Pride: Oakland Raiders at Green Bay Packers: Three key matchups

Can you believe it's already Week 7 in the NFL season? Even better, the Raiders are still relevant and may have been given the inside track to win the AFC West after the Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes was just injured yesterday and is likely to miss several weeks. Oakland will still have to take care of business against a team they haven't beaten in 30 years though, so first thing is first.

For Jon Gruden and company to sneak out the upset victory at Lambeau Field they are going to have to win in the key matchups in the game.

Silver And Black Pride: 'He can make all the throws, these are the game you look forward to' and more of what players and coaches are saying ahead of Raiders, Packers in week seven

Coming off the bye week, the Raiders travel to Lambeau Field to take on the 5-1 Green Bay Packers. The Raiders have some momentum going coming off back to back road wins versus the Colts and the Bears.

The Raiders currently are 3-2, second place in the division, and with the injury to Patrick Mahomes, have a golden opportunity to make things very interesting within the division.

Both teams are dealing with injuries, the Packers have multiple wide receivers that are banged up including Davante Adams who was ruled out.

Cheesehead TV: Key Battles Week 7: Packers vs. Raiders

This installment of the Packers vs. Raiders is sure to have one thing, a standard size, 100 yard, NFL field. Unless a crater hits Lambeau Field between now and tomorrow afternoon, this game will be contested in somewhat normal conditions, and both teams will be able to focus on football instead of what a joke the NFL can be on a daily basis. After reading this last sentence, the officials and Alberto Riveron asked me to hold their beers.

This matchup against the Raiders is an intriguing one for a few reasons: First, anytime John Gruden makes his return to Lambeau Field, it's always an enjoyable trip down memory lane.

Silver And Black Pride: Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison upgraded from doubtful to questionable versus Raiders

Just a couple days ago, the status of the Packers' receiving corps looked downright horrific. All three of their top wide receivers were not practicing as well as top tight end Jimmy Graham. As of the day before the game, it is actually looking pretty good.

Number one receiver Davante Adams was ruled out Friday, so they certainly won't have him as he nurses a turf toe injury. But while it was looking like he might be joined on the sideline against the Raiders by the second and third receivers, it is looking more and more like they could suit up.

Acme Packing Company: Silver and Black Pride predicts the winner of Raiders vs. Packers

On Sunday, the Green Bay Packers face the Oakland Raiders for the first time of the second Jon Gruden era. Levi Damien of Silver and Black Pride kindly volunteered to answer our questions about the Raiders and provide some insight into their strengths and weaknesses.

APC: Finally, it's prediction time. Which team wins on Sunday and why?

It's not about who wins or loses, it's about the friends we make along the way. But I am going with the Packers. I expect a reasonably high scoring game, but that Rodgers will either put the game out of reach or score on the final possession as he did against the Lions on Monday night.

Silver And Black Pride: Five Good Questions: Slew of injuries make Packers vulnerable to resurgent Raiders

Back again getting some insight into the Raiders next opponent with five good questions. This time it's the 5-1 Packers who will be looking to hold off the 3-2 Raiders coming off two straight wins and a bye week.

                    Let's do this.

                    1. The game Monday night was pretty controversial with several really bad calls going against the Lions. It seemed as if the Packers would have lost that game if not for the bad officiating. Is that a sign of major issues on the Packers or just the Lions being a good team?

Fansided: 4 reasons the Oakland Raiders will beat the Green Bay Packers in Week 7

The Raiders are in the middle of their long road trip, but after a bye week and a week off of practice after a Week 5 victory over the Chicago Bears, the team should be refreshed. Before the bye week, the Raiders were playing the best football they have played in a long time, defeating the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears in back-to-back games.

The Green Bay Packers are one of the best teams in the NFL right now, holding a 5-1 record with victories over teams like the Bears, Vikings, Broncos, Cowboys, and Lions. The team is led by future hall of fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but the real surprise of the Packers this season is their defense.

Fansided: Oakland Raiders at Green Bay Packers: How to watch

The Oakland Raiders head into their Week 7 matchup with the Green Bay Packers fresh off the bye week, which was just in time considering the amount of travel this team has been doing as of late. Since opening up their season with two straight home games, the Raiders have been all over the map, and will now head to Wisconsin to take on the Green Bay Packers.

Sitting at 3-2, the Raiders have been one of the bigger surprises of the NFL season, and they will look to continue their good fortunes on Sunday against the Pack.
