Im not feeling the public love the bengals are getting. I think Jackson and Ingram are both in for big games. With Marquise Brown hurting I think this becomes one of those games where the porous Bengals run defense is shredded. I wouldn't trust Andy Dalton in this spot if he was spotted 20. I understand the Ravens suffered a big loss in the secondary but do the Bungals really have the players to exploit it? Me thinks not. Will have big chunks of Ingram and Jackson on DFS as well. Ravens -
This isn't so much about me telling you why there should be more confidence in the Bengals but rather the Ravens are a bit overvalued. Baltimore actually gies up slightly more yds/play at 6.7 (Cincy 6.5) and winless teams with new head coaches typically play hard until they can finally get a W. AJ Green is back at practice this week as well.
A day removed from falling to 0-5, the Bengals made a point to declare Green out for Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, confirmed by Tyler Dragon of the Cincinnati Enquirer. With the Bengals getting beat by a bad Cardinals team you have to assume Baltimore's #1 ranked offense will have their way with the Bengals 29th ranked defense. Thick spread here but I like the Ravens to man handle the hapless Bengals and win by two TD's. The OVER 48 is worth a look as I don't see this Cinci defense putting up much resistance in this one.
Bengal's Safety Shawn Williams expected to start Sunday. Coach Zac Taylor said Wednesday that Williams (thigh) is day-to-day but on track for Sunday's tilt against the Ravens, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports. ANALYSIS Williams has been invaluable in IDP formats across five contests, having racked up 43 tackles (31 solo). He's still looking to log his first sack or takeaway of the season, however. If Williams were forced to miss any time, Clayton Fejedelem would be thrust into an important role in Cincinnati's secondary.
