The post Big Ben Era kicked off sooner then expected for the Steelers. Rudoplph is getting thrown into the fire but that is what he wanted. He has decent weapons around him, but will need to stay upright to be effective. I think once he gets hits one or two times he will get flustered. Andy Dalton and the Bengals are rebuilding but there is still familiarity there. I like them getting points in this one
Both of these teams are bad but anytime you lose your starting QB things are not in a good place. I think this game is close and for any game that is close I want the points. i also think this game goes over. Both of these defenses stink and get burned in the air. Look for Dalton and the Bengals to put up some points early to force Rudolph and the Steelers to become one dimensional.
Sucky defense vs sucky defense , sucky offense vs sucky offense. I would take the plus points. Bengals. This will not go Over trust me .... its going to be under, both teams are 0-3 so they will play hard , both teams will play risk free plays.
I can't imagine the Steelers lose this one at home. They are a mess but they have a great defense that just got a ton of talent on the backend with the addition of Fitzpatrick. Cincinnati has a great pass rush, a good RB in Joe Mixon and the WR Ross is starting to flash what made them take him in the top 10 a few years back - but the offensive line is bad, the defensive backs are mediocre and with a rookie head coach, just can't see them handling business on the road or really anywhere this year - they are one of the worst teams in the NFL. Steelers should cover. I like the Under.
I'm shocked I'm looking at a winless Steelers team and except for the Bengals looking worse than them on offense, I would almost go against the Steelers again. the problems for both teams are many. Pittsburgh has better talent and more of it and if they play as a team today they pull this off. I think their problems are not football related but could be worse. I'm going Pittsburgh tonight but if they lose this could be a sign of an epic fall.
NFL Week 4 Bengals vs Steelers game preview: Monday Night Lights - Cincy JungleThe Cincinnati Bengals are in search for their first win of the season, as Zac Taylor has a chance to grab a pivotal victory in primetime. https://www.cincyjungle.com/2019/9/28/20887423/nfl-week-4-bengals-at-steelers-preview-monday-night-football
***OVER 45*** Pittsburgh's defense isn't anywhere near as good as people expected it to be, while Cincinnati's offense has actually looked solid. John Ross can take the top off a defense, and I think Dalton will hit him for a few deep shots. Rudolph might not be very good but he's at least aggressive, and he isn't shy about chucking it deep. Cincinnati owns the 29th ranked defense and Pittsburgh owns the 28th ranked defense, so expect an offensive game here tonight with a lot of points.
I predict Cincinnati wins this one out right tonight. The 0-3 Bengals have started the season with a really tough schedule playing Buffalo, San Fran and Seattle and have covered 2 out of 3 of those. Their offense is a lot better than expected, and Pittsburgh's rookie QB Rudolph is making just the second start of his career here in a rivalry game in primetime. Cincinnati is the better coached team, and they've very nearly already beaten the Seahawks and Bills on the road this season. In what should be a close game, I think you have to grab the 3 points here.
