When the Public is heavy on one side (like they are Carolina) take the other side. TB faced a TOUGH pass rush last week that was hard to plan for because SF has an all new front-7. Well they know this opponent much better and have upgraded on that D-line with Suh and Co. I don't think they can win but this one is closer then people think. TB can stop the run (held SF under 100 last week) and the offensive line will give Winston more time in this one while they'll attack on the ground much, much more (166 rush yards allowed 2 Rush TDS vs The Rams). Cam hasn't thrown a TD in his LAST 3 GAMES BTW!
I think usually you'd be dead on when the money is coming in heavy on one side but I think Winston is a wrap as an NFL quarterback. Maybe the offseason changes help but Tampa still needs a lot and doesn't cover.
Really like the touchdown spot here, worst case scenario is we see a push but like I said, worst case scenario. Panthers showed me they can hang with a top 10 team like the Rams, so they shouldn't have much to worry about when facing turnover machine Jameis Winston. Expect Newton to orchestrate his running ability to extend plays while relying on Christian McCafferty to collect over 150+ scrimmage yards in this bout. The play is Carolina -7, with over 49. Let's not forget last year home teams on TNF dominated and I believe that to be the same trend here especially with Carolina at home.
Panthers are going to do everything in their power to avoid an 0-2 start. Cam has had great success against this TB team in the past. The bucs offense looked bad week 1 and I expect the same result tonight. Give me Carolina at -7. Final score prediction: TB-13 Carolina-30

Short week after facing the NFC Champion Rams and going against a new look TB team under former coach of the year Bruce Arians, in a divisonal rivalry game (although TB hasn't done anything in a long time). Arians said of the 3 picks thrown by Winston on Sunday, only one was the QB's sole fault. 2 of those picks were returned for scores. I don't think he has the same bad luck in this one. I get the feeling the public loses bad in this one and the Bucs cover what's now a +7 line. This defensive front with Suh and Golston is much better and I think they can hold McCaffery in check.
These two split last year. The Panthers won 42-28 at home on in early November but dropped the next to the lowly Buccaneers in December. The Bucs are 1-5 ATS in their last six games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game and Winston is someone I simply cannot back. You shouldn't either. He's throw at least 2 INTs in 6 of his last 13. He threw 3 picks to SF last week who only had 2 picks all of last season. He's bad and this team is basically rebuilding but perhaps in denial, since they're stuck with their QB for now.
Covers community free betting prediction for Carolina Panthers (63% consensus). The Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggled to overcome deficits in their respective season openers, with the former failing to get much out of anyone other than Christian McCaffrey while the latter saw Jameis Winston throw three interceptions -- with two returned for touchdowns. The NFC South rivals aim to dent the win column at the other's expense on Thursday, when they meet in Charlotte, N.C... http://bit.ly/2o6Ulh9
