This is the first time I've predicted that Florida would lose this season, and if the game is as close as this score would indicate, it'll be the only time I pick against Florida at all this year. While Florida has a good enough defense to be able to slow Burrow down a bit, he's been the most efficient quarterback in the nation this year, and is strong throwing into areas where Florida might struggle covering - the middle of the field. Pair any momentum Burrow finds with the atmosphere of Death Valley, and the game begins to go LSU's way. I have a feeling Florida walks out of Death Valley with one in the loss column tonight but it's going to be closer than Vegas thinks.

    My Pick: Florida +14

The LSU Tigers have been running roughshod over opposing defenses but Florida has a Top 5 defense and should be able to slow the Tigers tonight. The Gators have issues at QB and they will not play an uptempo game here. The Gators have averaged 32.3 ppg this year, but they scored just 24 on a tough Auburn defense last week and LSU has allowed just 19.8 ppg on the year. These are two very good defensive teams in a huge matchup on Saturday night and that should lead to a lower scoring game than expected.

      My Pick: Under 55

ALL over the Tigers here at -13.5...was hoping it was gonna trickle back down, but I'll snag it now. Top 10 home dogs who are road dogs the next week after winning outright against another top 10 team are 1-11 SU and 4-8 ATS the last 12 times. I feel like the Florida offense is going to be in some trouble at night in Death Valley

        My Pick: LSU -13.5

Jesus, what a waste of 3.5 minutes. To sum it up, FLA hasnt faced an offense like LSU this year, these news tools are all in on LSU as well. LSU -13.5 70%

Why is undefeated Florida +13.5? You can buy the hook and get FL +14 (-120), can you talk me out of that bet? LSU hasn't played anybody with a defense this year - LSU has wins over Utah St, Vandy and NW State? Who has LSU played other than Texas and the Horns played LSU to a 7 point game. The Florida defense is going to be a the first real test for Joe Burrows. LSU might win but not by double digits.

          My Pick: Florida +13.5

                    • Florida's Kyle Trask (knee) was a limited participant in practice Monday but practiced without any limitations Tuesday and the same is expected from him in Wednesday's session too, Scott Rabalais of The Advocate reports.
                      ANALYSIS
Trask left the game briefly against Auburn but later returned with a brace on his left knee in what was eventually revealed to be a mild MCL sprain. The junior quarterback took it easy in practice Monday but was a full participant Tuesday and should be practicing throughout the rest of this week without much, if any, limitations at all as the Gators prepare for a top-10 showdown with the LSU Tigers on Saturday night in a game that has heavy playoff implications on the line.

And The Valley Shook: Quarterback Comparison: Florida vs. LSU

The thick of SEC play starts now for the LSU Tigers (5-0) as they face the Florida Gators (6-0) in a heated rivalry on Saturday Night in Tiger Stadium.

Some things change, and some things stay the same between this year's matchup and the previous one. The bad blood is one thing that remains. So does Joe Burrow's position at the helm for LSU.

But the Tigers defense will be up against a quarterback not named Feleipe Franks this time around.

Here's a look at how the signal-callers from both teams compare.
