Brewers suffered what seems to be a season crippling injury with Yelich last night breaking his kneecap. They relied on him to do so much for that team I do not think they will be able to recover. I think this is a great spot for the Marlins to steal a game considering how bad Davies has been away from Milwaukee. Look for a let down from the Brewers here

Baseball Reference on Twitter: "Christian Yelich's season has unfortunately come to an end with his injury last night. He finishes the year with a 1.100 OPS. Since 2002, the only other players to post a 1.100+ OPS in a season are Barry Bonds, Albert Pujols, and Bryce Harper https://t.co/9Mde0CIoV0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://t.co/9Mde0CIoV0 #Brewers https://t.co/gvNw8lZlvo"Christian Yelich's season has unfortunately come to an end with his injury last night. (71% consensus). The Milwaukee Brewers were dealt a crushing blow in their bid for a return to the playoffs after learning that reigning National League MVP Christian Yelich sustained a fractured right kneecap on Tuesday. Fish Stripes: Yelich out for season as Brewers clip Marlins

The Milwaukee Brewers suffered awful news during a close 4-3 victory over the Miami Marlins Tuesday night at Marlins Park. Reigning National League MVP Christian Yelich broke his right kneecap while batting in the top of the first inning. They'll be without his contributions for the rest of the 2019 season.

Facing right-hander Elieser Hernandez, Yelich fouled a 79.8 mph slider off his right kneecap, immediately dropping to the ground in pain. Brewers athletic trainer Rafael Freitas and manager Craig Counsell addressed Yelich.
