Rockies bats were hot last night but they have their work cut out going against Greinke who has given up 0 runs in last 13 innings of work . Arizona will get to Jon Gray tonight who continues to be terrible. I like the Arizona RL here -1.5 +130 .50%

Jon Gray is as shaky as they come and Greinke has been rolling this season. I just can't trust Gray on the road (just like their wild card play in game a few years back where gray just folded). The Dbacks have been quite their last couple of games but I think they get their bats going again tonight. The Diamond backs as a team have an ISO of over 200 and I think we see some of this power come into play tonight. All the batters 2-6 have ISO over 215 so it's not like Gray can just pitch around one guy and I think the DBacks get to him like always. This is a very familar story with Gray pitching like shit in Chase and Grienke being smooth and I like the run line

Purple Row: Rockies 8, Diamondbacks 1: Offense stays hot in Arizona
The Colorado Rockies started this road trip off right on Tuesday. The offense kept up their ridiculous output and the pitching rode a solid start to get back on track for one game. Put it all together and you've got an easy 8-1 win for the Rockies.
The Rockies jumped out to an early lead, but this game could have quickly turned into a "here we go again" situation if the Diamondbacks has started scoring runs. Senzatela prevented that from happening, keeping Arizona's hitters off balance for the most part and mixing his pitches well.
AZ Snake Pit: Diamondbacks 1, Rockies 8: The Weedcap
Azsnakepit.com, SBNation, Vox Media do not support or endorse the usage of any kind of illegal drug. If you're going to use Cannabis, or have to use medical Cannabis, get the appropriate Medical Card for your state, or move to a state where it is legal. In addition, I highly advise anyone against consuming this much cannabis in this short of a time span. I normally never consume this amount in a day, let alone in the span of three hours.
With Turambar's Beercaps being a Snakepit tradition, I jokingly suggested that since I have my Arizona MMJ card, that I should do a Weedcap.
Denver Post: Antonio Senzatela, Charlie Blackmon lead Rockies past Diamondbacks
PHOENIX -- After the most offensive four-game series in big-league history (read "offensive" however you wish), the Rockies went searching for some sanity in the desert Tuesday night.
They got it from right-hander Antonio Senzatela, who pitched 6 u2154 sturdy innings in the Rockies' 8-1 victory against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field.
Meanwhile, the Rockies' offense (the good sense of the word this time) continued its torrid pace, with Charlie Blackmon and Nolan Arenado leading the way.
Blackmon is the hotter than a Carolina Reaper pepper (rated 200 times hotter than a typical jalapeno).
