Harvey struggles to left handed bats and he is facing a lot of decent bats today in Gallo, Choo, and Mazara. I just don't believe in Harvey and the Angels with their depleated lineup and Lance Lynn is a good pitcher. I like the odds and thought the rangers would be -150 range so I'll jump on them at -130

How bout them Texas Rangers?? Texas has got hot bats right now winning 4 out of their last five. I think the Rangers make it 4 in a row tonight. Harvey has been god awful and I think the Rangers hot offense gets to him. I like Texas -1.5 (+135). Hook em'.

Halos Heaven: Rangers sweep the Angels out of Texas
Reminiscent of last April, the Angels have now dropped 3 games in a row since their snow-out in Chicago on Sunday. In 2018, the Angels were off to a super hot start, only to be iced out in Kansas City on April 15th. They dropped fast after that, and the rest is history. Perhaps a bit different this year since the Angeles are, well - NOT off to a hot start (though were 4-1 last week), but again they were snowed up in mid April and again they looked terrible afterward. It doesn't get any easier with the Mariners and Yankees coming up so that makes dropping this series all the bitter pill to swallo.
Lone Star Ball: 9-7 - Minor stifles Angels with CGSO as Rangers triumph 5-0
The Texas Rangers have now played 16 games and that holds a bit of significance because that means 10% of the season has now concluded. Seems crazy to think that a big round percentage of the baseball season is already over with but then you realize it already seems like we've settled into this thing and there's still 90% to go.
Still, if you played out this season extrapolating the scope of just this 10%, after beating the Angels 5-0 tonight, you'd find the currently 9-7 Rangers as a 90-win team.
Are the Rangers going to win 90 games this season?
