The Bears are 6-0 straight-up since Jan. 2, but they haven’t beaten an opponent by more than 18 points in that span. Baylor, which is 11-3 ATS, won’t have a problem with K-State, but a 24-point win is a big ask.

I wish the spread was a little lower. But I’ll chance it. I like the over more. I think Baylor reaches 80 and Kansas St hopefully gets to 60.

I may take the over irl. Total was north of 160 last game they played. Expecting Baylor to come out prepared to make a statement after the first half of their last game saw them trailing.

They may score even more tonight lok

Two words: Jared Butler!

14-0 Baylor beat Kansas State last month 100-69 and I don't see any reason why they won't beat them again, today, and perhaps by a larger margin.

The Dec 19 matchup between the Bears and Wildcats was never even close. Baylor jumped out to an early lead, ending the first quarter up 17 and adding on, to head into the locker room at the half leading 56-27.

Kansas State played Baylor pretty much even in the second half but the damage was already done and they lost by 31. You want to know the stat that points to a bigger Baylor win today?

Butler only scored 14 points!

MaCio Teague was the game MVP, with 23 pts, followed by Davion Mitchell's 20. Butler wasn't in foul trouble; he only had one personal during the game. He helped out, though, with 13 assists (2 more than all his teammates combined), 5 defensive rebounds, a block and a steal (which balanced out his one turnover).

I know 25 is a big number to cover but, honestly, do you think head coach Scott Drew isn't going to have them fired up after their last game vs. OK State, where they were losing at the half? And, what's the chance the Wildcats limit Butler to less than 20 points again? Think of a snowball thrown from your living room down at the devil on his throne; that kind of chance.

Expect Baylor to come out of the locker room loaded for bear and start the game on fire, just like last time vs K State, and never look back.

KenPom expects a 25-point Baylor beat down and, accordingly, ranks it a snooze fest only slightly more exciting a game for fans than the thriller between McNeese St and Nicholls St.

Baylor will score over 80 points. but can Kansas St. score over 50 points. K St. can't stop a high school team. Lay points it is safe.
