Not excited about this game but if I have to play it then I'm going Under 217. I wouldn't go Knicks +13 touch the spread as I think Celtics are playing solid basketball right now and at home I think they win in a blowout.

- @DavidYang77Just a bruise contusion, he will likely be coming off the bench anyways. With Hayward out it will be Marcus Smart & Marcus Morris in the rotation...@Jay ZIt's tough because you don't know which Celtics team is going to show. They have been playing good basketball so all signs point to this being a more than 13 point game. On the other hand, when I look at this +13 spread it's tempting to go with that as well. But I'm just going to lay off this one.

Won 50% of the Last 10 Picks.
The Boston Celtics are playing their best stretch of basketball currently, but the Knicks have been able to sneak in some wins recently and four of the last five games against the Celtics have been decided by single digits. I'm just not ready to lay double digit numbers with Boston...give me the boat load of points.
My Pick: New York +13

CBS: Irving Leads The Way As Celtics Cruise Past Knicks
BOSTON (AP) -- Kyrie Irving heard all of the doubts when the Celtics, who were among the favorites to win the Eastern Conference, still had a .500 record through Thanksgiving.
The low point may have been a home loss to the Knicks that snapped New York's six-game losing streak.
"I was thinking about it since we lost to them," the Celtics point guard said after scoring 22 points to coast past the Knicks 128-100 on Thursday night and exact a measure of revenge for the embarrassing earlier loss. "I remember players from other teams asking about what's going on when we were 10-10.

Celtics Life: Celtics ride well-balanced offense to cruise past the Knicks 128-100
The well-rested Celtics took the parquet floor Thursday night seeking redemption against the 8-17 New York Knicks. After holding onto a double-digit lead for much of the match, Boston finally pulled away midway through the final quarter to capture a 28-point win.
Boston looked sharp to open their first contest of the week. Led by Jayson Tatum and Kyrie Irving, who combined for 16 of the team's first 22 points, the Celtics shot north of 60% to start the game.
Early on, the defense was leading to offense.

CelticsBlog: Preview: New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics
In what seems like an aeon, Celtics Basketball finally returns tonight with an intriguing matchup: Knicks at Celtics, the redux.
Straight after the last tough loss at home to the Knickerbockers on the 22nd of November, heavy criticism was levelled at the team as fans rained down boos on their beloved team from the upper deck of TD Garden. Trey Burke spearheaded the Knicks that night, as New York came to play in a more physical and committed fashion across all four quarters. They say NBA players don't need extra motivation, but the team really want to play better this time against the Knicks, as outlined here.

NY Post: Knicks at Celtics: Boston is back and ready to cover big spreads
Are the Boston Celtics finally getting things figured out? Big question for sports bettors heading into Thursday night's battle between Boston and the New York Knicks (TNT, 8:05 p.m.).
One of the giveaways through the first third of the season that Boston HADN'T figured things out was that it looked so bad against the Knicks!
-- Oct. 20: Boston (-9 1/2) beat New York only 103-101 in the Garden.
-- Nov. 21: Boston (-14) lost at home to New York 117-109.
That's 0-2 against the spread, missing the market by 7 1/2 and 22 points.

Official Site of the Celtics: 12/6 Game Preview: Knicks at Celtics
BOSTON -- It was just two weeks ago that the Boston Celtics staged a frantic comeback but came up just short and lost to the New York Knicks, who were 4-16 at the time.
The Celtics, off to a surprisingly mediocre start as the Eastern Conference favorites, have won four of the five games since, including the last three -- and may have also gotten the REAL Gordon Hayward back as they head into Thursday night's rematch with the Knicks at TD Garden.
Hayward, lost to the Celtics with a horrible leg injury in the first quarter of his first game with his new team last season, has been coming along slowly in his return.
