I will be the first to admit I have a Wojo problem and think he's way better than he is for some reason. Is it just me or has Ryan Yarbrough really having this kind of season? He's not name that comes up very often but there is no denying his 11-3 record. I just don't like this line and while I think the rays win I like the O's at this price

So you like the rays to win but you like the O's? So what's your pick because i"m confused 70%

Yeah, I don't have a pick on this game. At this price I would take Baltimore gun to my head, I like the rays to win but contrast to popular belief, i've been wrong before and that's why I like the price of Baltimore

I think there is value in the Orioles but I am staying away from it in this game. The Rays are not playing baseball at a high level and are playing down to their recent opponents. The Rays could've gain a lot of ground in the playoff picture with this stretch in their schedule but just dropped two out of three to the Mariners.

TBO Rays: Rays at Orioles lineups, with Ryan Yarbrough on the mound

Coming off Wednesday's wild walkoff win, the Rays open a four-game series in Baltimore tonight trying to put a strong finish on their stretch of 21 straight games against teams with losing records.

The Rays are 11-6 thus far, and 14 or 15 wins seemed a reasonable expectation given the matchups and their standing as a team contending for a playoff spot.

Lefty Ryan Yarbrough, who has emerged as a solid No. 2 starter behind Charlie Morton on their injury-depleted pitching staff, will be on the mound tonight, and confident he can keep pitching well.

We should learn more later about the status of infielder Brandon Lowe, who left Wednesday's rehab game with a left quad strain.

Camden Chat: Orioles-Rays series preview: Too early to play spoiler?

After an absolutely brutal stretch, the Orioles bounced back and played some quality baseball against the Royals. Now that another winning ball club is coming to town, how will Baltimore fare?

The Rays will arrive in Baltimore sitting in a decent position in the AL wild card race. There appears to be only three legitimate contenders for the two wild card spots, with the loser of the AL Central (Twins/Indians) battling out the Athletics and Tampa Bay.

One thing that playoff contenders cannot do is squander winning opportunities against last place clubs.
