I don't know much about Ramirez but I know the rangers can explode and I just feel like they are due. I also love the way the Jays are playing and I think there are no signs of them stoping and I just love this game over tonight. I think this could be one of the highest scoring games on the slate tonight

    My Pick: Over 11 50%

  • watch out for these young guns on the Blue Jays. They showed against the big bad Yankees that they can play at this level. This Rangers team is crumbling and I dont think it gets any better on the road here

  • This pitching matchup is a coin toss and understandable this line is a pick em tonight, but I like Texas who is the hotter team here. Texas appears to have broken out of their slump, going 6-4 in their last ten games and Toronto is just playing out the string and appear lethargic, and Jurdao pitched really well in his most recent game.

    My Pick: Texas -105 60%

The Blue Jays just split a series with the Yankees while the Rangers have lost 4 out of their last 5. In what way is Texas the hotter team here?! TOR -110 50%

yeah, Texas is struggling but I think they slide past a hotter and quite possibly better Blue Jays team today. TEX +105

Batter's Box Interactive Magazine: Texas at Toronto, 12-14 August

It's the Texas Rangers, tonight, tomorrow, and Wednesday afternoon. And that means a few familiar faces.

Alas, Adrian Beltre is not one of them. Don't we all miss him? I know I do. But we should see shortstop Elvis Andrus, whom Jays fans will always remember fondly for his troubled seventh inning in Game 5. There's Nomar Mazara, who looked so promising as a 21 year old rookie back in 2015, but hasn't taken even a tiny step forward since and whose four major league seasons are eerily similar. There's veteran outfielder Shin-Soo Choo, who's 37 years old now, but more than holding his own and presumably still stretching out his arm between pitches.
