Take the Jays +105 for First 5 people. Bucholtz pitched well last year against the Giants who look lost at the plate this season. Jays in 46 career AB's have a +1.000 OPS against Pomeranz and the Giants are last in the league in OPS vs Right Handed Pitchers! This is my lock of the night here*****

The Blue Jays bounce back here as their bats have been red hot their past 5 games, they almost took it last night as well. Take TOR +110 as Bucholz will have a great pitching performance.50%

Pomeranz used to be a top prospect and has had an up and down career. I feel like he needs to be on a team that has a pitchers park in order to be successful because he was great in SD and Oak, yet horrible in Colorado and Boston. He's facing 8 high strike out batters today (from the projected lineup) and his home plate umpire is a Dan Iassogna who ranks as a pitcher ump. On a scale from 1-5 with five being the best this ump ranks a 4. This data isn't the most concrete stuff and the human elimant plays a big factor like we saw last night with our Weaver pick. The ump called three balls that were out side of the zone for strikes and they were all strike three. Pomeranz rates right now aren't that impressibe (20% to both lefties and righties) but I think he's a little better than that. I think he can get to 6 strike outs and wish the line was 5 but I'll still take him over 5.5 strike outs at -114 right now.

As the numbers shows Buckholz has been better than Pomeranz this season and Toronto has the better bats. Give me Blue Jays at home tonight +11050%

Pomeranz has looked great in his last couple of starts and he gets a dream match up today against the Blue Jays. I wish I felt more confident about the Giants lineup but considering they are playing one of the few teams that has a worse lineup than them makes me a little more at ease. I have never been a fan of Buchholz this late in his career even though he's looked semi decent. I'm going to take the Giants and I'm going to take the under because I see something like a 4-2 game going down.

Three weeks after he was traded from Toronto to San Francisco, Kevin Pillar made a triumphant return to the Rogers Centre backed by the best offensive performance from his teammates this season.
