With Brad Peacock on the shelf it looks like Houston will go with Valdez here tonight which doesn't bode well for Houston. Houston has plenty of talent in their lineup but Lynn has pitched well against the Astros in his career and is the much better hurler here tonight. With an edge on the mound here and hotter bats, you have to like the plus money with the Rangers in this matchup.

Bruins 3, Blues 1: Home ice advantage. Big-game experience. Hot goalie. Dangerous power play. The Bruins have too many factors going for them. They are confident after going into St. Louis and beating the Blues 5-1 to force a Game 7. The Bruins trademark this season has the been the consistency they bring each and every game.

    My Pick: Boston -180 80%

Im tempted to take Pittsburgh at home based on the fact that Lyles has been arguably Pittsburghs best starter this season, but Lyles has allowed nine runs in his last 9.2 innings and Pittsburgh had their chances to win game three on Saturday, but just kept giving up home runs left and right. I like Milwaukee here in a low scoring game.

    My Pick: Milwaukee -115 & Under 9 80%

Bieber and Weber have both been solid of late, this should setup for a defensive low scoring game. Bullish on the UNDER 9 today.

There's blood in the water and the Bruins have dominated this series and have been the best team in the playoffs during this six-game winning streak where they're winning by an average of 2.5 goals during that span. The Carolina Hurricanes have gotten nothing easy offensively in this game and that's with them outshooting the Bruins in two of the three games. I just don't know you would fade the Bruins on the low line at this point.

    My Pick: Boston -120 80%

The Carolina Hurricanes had their chances in game one but completely fell apart in the third period and continue their struggles against the Bruins. The Carolina Hurricanes have lost 11 of their last 18 games as an underdog and are allowing an average of 3.2 goals per game on the road during these playoffs. The Boston Bruins have been a completely different team in the month of May and are winning by an average of 2.5 goals during this four-game winning streak.

    My Pick: Boston -150 80%

You can make a case the Carolina Hurricanes look like the best team in the playoffs right now with six straight wins and an offense that's caught fire as of late. The problem is the Hurricanes have lost 15 of their last 22 games as a road underdog and they've been beat up in past recent meetings against the Boston Bruins. I Boston to draw first blood in this series but at -155 it's tough to put money on it.

No team has yet to win back-to-back games in this series and the Colorado Avalanche have lost 15 of their last 23 games as a road underdog. Just like we are seeing in the NBA playoffs, playing at home is a huge edge for teams (and bettors). The San Jose Sharks have won seven of their last 10 games as a home favorite and should be a lot more composed in this contest considering they just won a game seven home game against the Las Vegas Golden Knights. I just think San Jose is the better team, and -140 is a reasonable price.

My Pick: San Jose -140 80%

Getting an experienced team like San Jose at even or plus money to close out the series is a tempting proposition. But not so fast, the Avs have been tough to beat on home ice before the playoffs started. I think the moment isnt lost on the Avalanche and Colorado will want to force a game seven for obvious reasons.

The San Jose Sharks easily play their best hockey on their home ice and they've won 18 of their last 28 home games when favored. I'm worried about that Sharks defense, but they should be able to grind one out at home.

My Pick: San Jose -130 80%

Both of these teams can score in bunches and the Over seems like a gift here as neither goaltender has been that great in the playoffs.

Here's some food for thoughts -The Blues have won five straight as a road underdog and 13 of their last 19 overall. The Dallas Stars have split their last 16 games as a home favorite. So all trends point to St. Louis as road dogs, but I think the best bet here is on OVER 5. Binnington has been shaky throughout the postseason and is due for a stinker, while the Blues have been able to find success against this Dallas defense the way many teams haven't. The Blues and Stars are also average six goals in this series and six goals in the last five meetings overall. Trends point towards the over and I'll follow.

    My Pick: Over 5 80%

The San Jose Sharks are fresh off a very physical and mentally draining seven game series against Vegas, and it's going to be interesting to see how they respond to a quick turnaround. The Colorado Avalanche have carried over their defensive success to the postseason and are as fresh as a team can be this time of year considering they haven't played in a week. There's value with Colorado and the plus money on the road.

The home team is winning by an average of three goals and home ice advantage has had its place in this series. The Caps have been the more consistent team in this series and are fresh off a beatdown win and I just feel a game 7 for this series. I'll stick with the home team trend and predict a game seven.

    My Pick: Carolina -125 80%
