you lucky sob, currently up +15.5 5 mins in and they get the ball to begin with next half. Be careful with that -2.5 it might come back to haunt you, but breaking even is better than losing! goodluck

The Eagles are better with Nick Foles at the Helm. To me he is more consistent than Wentz and I give them a real shot in this game.

    My Pick: Philadelphia +8

Big D Nick will come through, he's hotter than cheetos, especially in the playoffs. Add in the factor of this being a revenge game, every year the NFL has that 1 miracle team making it, all the signs point to the Eagles to muster through one more week. Money line +318 in my book, but I decided to bet eagles to win anywhere between 1-10 points. Saint's have helped me a lot this season, more so ATS but they have been dead to me ever since getting clubbed by the Cowboys. The NFL would be far too predictable if it ended up being Pats, Chiefs, Rams and Saints as the final four. If you are nervous and scrounging for a good play, I would tease Philly to +14.5 and the over 46. $110 bet wins $100

Both offenses will be dialed in today and I think we see high scoring output. And I'm sure we will see a trick play or two. Overs looks like the play on this total.

    My Pick: Over 52.5

Eagles secondary is going to get shredded today by a well rested saints offense. Remind you that a lot of the saints starters got an extra week of rest when starters got sat for week17. Big D Nick has been special in the playoffs but I don't think he has enough magic in this one

Maybe but the Eagles win over LA a few weeks ago sure looks more impressive after watching the Rams dismantle the Cowboys yesterday. And the Saints didn't look nearly as dominant in the 2nd half of the season as they did in the 1st half.

The Eagles are going to keep this much closer than the whooping the Saints put on the Eagles in November. The Eagles have all the pieces together now and will make this a game. I don't think the Eagles will pull out the win but I do think they keep it closer than 8 points. Let's not forget that there are several Saints players that haven't played in 2 weeks while the Eagles have continued to battle it out. I think the Saints will be more rested giving them a little edge. And, you just don't bet against the Saints SU at home. Saints to win, Eagles to cover.

agree, Eagles are going to be out for revenge but I think Drew picks apart the defense and puts up more points.

+8 is alot of points to cover. I'm suprised they havent made the line closer then that. I want to go with saints to cover. I was expecting more of a +6

    My Pick: New Orleans -8

Here's the problem. Philly has a good defense... Against the run, they are tanked 7th BUT are lacking against the pass, ranked at 30. Brees will wake up this game and pick this apart. I'll end up going with Saints.

These playoff lines have been like a damn yo-yo today! Give half a point here and take it way there. lol. I locked in the Eagles at 7 and 7.5. I don't think they can beat the Saints at home but I think it's a field goal....may 4 points. #whodat!

    My Pick: Philadelphia +8

Eagles arent the same as when NO blew them back in regular seasons. Revenge factor + hot underdog eagles + lots of plus points to cover, i think the best bet are eagles this weekend. Easy money. Eagles will play HARD this weekend trust me.

    My Pick: Philadelphia +8

I think New Orleans wakes up for the playoffs. Drew and company will be ready and hungry for home wins. Agree that Eagles cover is a good bet but I think Saints come out on top.

And I'm taking Philly +8 in this game. I think this line is an over reaction to their last meeting where the Eagles got blown out...but Philadelphia was missing a lot of guys due to injury in that game. I like Foles over Wentz and think Golden Tate was a huge acquisition for the Eagles. I predict a close game, New Orleans should win but Eagles should cover.

    My Pick: Philadelphia +8

New Orleans wins but Eagles cover. Brees is going to have the Eagle secondary for lunch. Eagles are on a streak and will keep this a game even if it's in the NO dome.

    My Pick: Philadelphia +8

no way NO will cover -8. , i feel more like -6.5 but no way -8 (that's 9 freaking points against hot Eagles underdogs)

I expect Brees to take advantage of the 30th ranked pass defense in the league and stamp out any glimmer of hope early. They can't let Philly hang around in this game or it will be trouble,

    My Pick: New Orleans -8

Bleeding Green Nation: Eagles v. Saints: 12 winners, losers, and I dunnos

The season was electric. Every game mattered -- often too much, with too close a margin of victory, or too maddening a mistake at the end to give away the win. The players were inspired. Lane Johnson took every slight personally; Jalen Mills brought out a second season-saving mask; Nick Foles did what only he can do in the biggest moments. We watched the Philadelphia Eagles defend their first ever title with heart, with gratitude, and with fearlessness.

I could not be prouder to root for this squad.

ESPN.com: Eagles WR Jeffery takes blame for loss to Saints

NEW ORLEANS -- Receiver Alshon Jeffery took responsibility for the Philadelphia Eagles' divisional-round loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday following a dropped pass late in the game that led to a critical interception.

"That's on me. I'll take that loss. It's on me," he said. "I let my teammates down, the city of Philadelphia, that's on me. I'll take that."

The Eagles had new life after a missed field goal by Saints kicker Wil Lutz and got the ball back with just less than three minutes remaining and trailing by six.
