Los Angeles vs Minnesota (Feb 11) February 11 at 6:23pm

Bottom line in this one for me is that the Clippers cover ATS pretty well and the Timberwolves struggle ATS. Clippers are 10-4 in their last road games. Overall the Clippers are averaging 113.8 ppg but the defense is giving up just a tad more at 113.6. That won't win games. I'm not expecting Los Angeles to come away with the win, but they are playing well enough on offense to keep this close and within 4 points to grab the cover.

    My Pick: Los Angeles +4

Star Tribune: Wolves should have at least Teague, Rose available vs. Clippers

After the Wolves' point guard injury woes reached can't-get-any-worse territory on their recent 0-3 road trip, they finally had some good news.

Interim head coach Ryan Saunders after shootaround said Jeff Teague is probable to play against the Clippers on Monday, while both Derrick Rose and Jerryd Bayless are questionable.

Rose took it a step further at shootaround, saying "I'm back tonight" while talking about how good he feels after battling right ankle soreness.

"I don't even want to talk about it, I don't want to jinx myself," Rose said. "I just want to let my play speak for itself.

Fansided: The Comeback Clippers finish their Grammy trip against Minnesota

After acquiring 5 new players in trades this past week, the LA Clippers found themselves in a deep hole against the Boston Celtics on Saturday night.

New players including Landry Shamet, Ivica Zubac, Garrett Temple and JaMychal Green each helped spark the Clippers 28-point comeback with key plays.

The Clippers hope to continue to get familiar with their new acquisitions and have them finding a rhythm as they take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night. This will be an especially interesting test for Zubac, as he faces off against a premiere young center in Karl-Anthony Towns.

Fansided: Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Clippers: 3 things to watch

Tonight the Minnesota Timberwolves will host the LA Clippers for the second of three games this between the two teams this season. It will look a lot different than the first matchup back on Nov. 5, however.

Both teams have shaken things up over time. A week after the first matchup, Minnesota dealt Jimmy Butler to Philadelphia in exchange for Robert Covington and Dario Saric. For the Clippers, Tobias Harris and Boban Marjanovic started while Mike Scott played 17 minutes off the bench. Before the trade deadline, all three of them joined Butler in Philadelphia.

While Covington is working his way back from a bone bruise suffered almost six weeks ago, he will miss this game (along with Tyus Jones and possibly Derrick Rose).

(53% consensus). The Los Angeles Clippers seemed to signal a shift toward the future with the trade of leading scorer Tobias Harris to Philadelphia before the deadline but instead put together one of their most impressive performances of the season on Saturday. The Clippers will try to follow that up and clinch a winning six-game road trip when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday... http://bit.ly/2B2B7hH

Official Site of the Timberwolves: Scouting Report | Wolves vs. Clippers

    NBA

The season is cruising along. The Wolves have just two games remaining before the All-Star break and both are at home.

Minnesota is trying to get back on track after losing its last four games and six of the last seven. Most recently, the Wolves fell to the Pelicans 122-117 in New Orleans on Friday night.

The Wolves are 25-30 on the season, 5.0 games back from the eighth seed.

The Clippers were busy at the trade deadline, dealing Tobias Harris to the 76ers, but this team still intends on making a push to the playoffs.
