Miami vs Dallas (Feb 13) February 13 at 2:51pm

Without DJ and Barnes, this Dallas team is not nearly as good of a rebounding team as they were. Everyone has the Luka Fever & I get that, he's young and exciting and transcending. But a wise gambler doesn't get emotional. Miami crushes on the offensive glass ranking 4th in the NBA and do a good job muscling up on the perimeter where Justin Winslow plays a tough, big point guard. They're 3rd in the NBA in opponent 3-point FG %. With Whiteside down low as one of the best rim protectors in the league, where does Dallas go to if they can't buy a shot. I'm taking the points. Consider the Heat on the ML here too.

    My Pick: Miami +3

  • Milwaukee vs Indiana (Feb 13) February 13 at 7:32am

I was rather shocked when I first saw this line I thought it would be more in the 7.5-8.5 spread range. Regardless I like the bucks to win this one by 4. The pacers have gotten hot but so have the bucks and they are the far superior team talent wise. The bucks also play pretty well on the road going 19-9 there. I think this is a low scoring affair but I still like the bucks

    My Pick: Milwaukee -3.5

  • Sacramento vs Denver (Feb 13) February 13 at 7:30am

Nuggets at home.....need I say more?!? The kings have far exceeded everyones expectations this year but are in a bad spot here. the nuggets are 24-4 at home and might get to see IT for the first time. While the Kings are 11-15 on the road. I think the nuggets win by double digits

    My Pick: Denver -8

  • Utah vs Golden State (Feb 12) February 12 at 7:41am

I like what the Jazz have been doin but I dont like them in this spot. The most impressive win for the Jazz in their recent run came against the Nuggets. Outside of that win, they have beat up on a bunch of teams with losing records and no shot of making the playoffs. The Jazz are simply cruising down the easier part of their schedule right now. Even their win over the Spurs lacked the same feeling of accomplishment considering the Spurs were a dead road team coming into that game. However, a strong primetime showing against the Warriors would go a long way in proving the Jazz are inching their way towards being a legitimate contender. This is one of those games where a team like the Jazz should get blown off the floor by the Warriors endless scorers. They dont even have an advantage in the paint anymore with Gobert going head-to-head with DeMarcus Cousins. The Jazz wont be able to dig deep enough to slow down the juggernaut Warriors team, and theyll fold quicker than a summer lawn chair at a Little League baseball game. They might need to bring a raincoat when the Splash Brothers get going. Ill take the Warriors in this one.

    My Pick: Golden State -8.5

  • San Antonio vs Memphis (Feb 12) February 12 at 7:39am

I like the over in this one. The Spurs having been giving up points like its their job recently and the Grizzlies lost Gasol who protected the rim for them. I also like the Spurs to cover the points on the road where they have struggled. Memphis is too depleted and mediocre for me to side with

My Pick: San Antonio -4 & Over 208.5

  • Boston vs Philadelphia (Feb 12) February 12 at 7:37am

Kyrie out and Philly at home healthy. what else do you need to know?!? THIS IS MY LOCK OF THE DAY. Philadelphias new look rotation is clicking in their first two games. The 76ers beat the Nuggets by seven and dusted the Lakers by 23. Meanwhile, we saw Boston blow a big lead to lose at the buzzer to the Lakers and then let a 28-point lead slip away against the Clippers after Kyrie went down. The Celtics now are without Irving at this point in time and thats going to take a toll on the team. Maurice Morris has talked about how the season hasnt been fun: it wont get any better here. Philadelphia comes up with the victory at home as the Celtics suffer a third straight defeat.

    My Pick: Philadelphia -6

Kansas vs TCU (Feb 11) February 11 at 4:33pm

Kenpom has this as a pick 'em. Kansas has struggled on the road. TCU is great at making teams alter there 3-point attempts and instead going low where TCU isn't as talented but can trap teams into playing their style and succumb to their pace. Vegas is still not feeling good about Kansas, especially with the drama with Vick. I think this is one of those matchups they come to show the committee they are still the Jayhawks at the end of the day.

    My Pick: Kansas +2.5

Portland vs Oklahoma City (Feb 11) February 11 at 9:35am

I think the mere fact that the Blazers are coming off a back to back and traveling (sure dallas to OKC isn't much but it's still an inconvenience) gives a huge edge to OKC. OKC is great at defending guards and are a very physical team that should give CJ and Damian trouble. PG has been playing out of his mind this year and I expect him to feast on this blazers team and I love Adams to shut down Nurkic. OKC -6.5

    My Pick: Oklahoma City +-6.5

  • Phoenix vs Sacramento (Feb 10) February 10 at 10:00am

Ill take the Kings in this spot. We have 2 young squads battling it out in this one and theirseason are going in wildly different directions. Phoenix has seen things fall apart with 13 straight losses. If it wasnt for the Knicks, theyd easily have the longest losing skid in the league. The Suns are missing Booker, who has missed the last couple games with a hamstring strain. In addition, Warren and Melton are both questionable as well here, which could take the top two scorers out of play. Sacramento has played well of late with four wins in their last five games. The Kings are at home and facing a Suns team that has been hammered repeatedly of late, you can feel safe with backing the Kings. This line should move. Id feel comfortable all the way up to -9.5

    My Pick: Sacramento -3

Los Angeles vs Philadelphia (Feb 10) February 10 at 12:05pm

I love the Tobias Harris trade and I think that puts this team over the top. The line opened at 7 and is already moving and I'm all over the 76ers today at home. Lebron isn't in form yet and the rest of the lakers, well, are they lakers.

    My Pick: Philadelphia -7.5

  • Portland vs Dallas (Feb 10) February 10 at 10:09am

This will be an interesting game. The Trail Blazers are sub-par on the road this year while the Mavs are far better at home. The Mavs made the biggest deal of the deadline that brought Porzingis to Dallas and sent DeAndre Jordan to the Big Apple. That removed Dallass big interior presence on the offensive end of the floor and makes them a more perimeter-oriented team. Portland has played well of late with McCollum stepping up his game. The Trail Blazers can pound the ball down low with Nurkic and Aminu to set up open looks for their star backcourt duo. Portland gets the upper hand in this one, even being on the road.

    My Pick: Portland -4.5

Gimme all the money on the bucks at home here. If you can somewhere find them for -3 you jump all over it. The bucks out class the magic in every way. add in the fact that theyre playing at home and are 23-4 there should be more then enough to take them in this spot

    My Pick: Milwaukee -3
