The Pistons will have Blake Griffin back for this game, which obviously makes them a much better and more competitive team, but even with him playing well in game three, they lost by 16 points. The Pistons just don't have enough firepower to hang with the Bucks. In fact, the Bucks have won each of the last seven meetings against the Pistons and the average margin of victory in those games was 18.7 points. Break out the brooms, I feel a sweep coming.
My Pick: Milwaukee -12.5

This line has moved to +10 at most books making it tempting not to take the points. Detroit has struggled offensively last 2 games and I see more of the same tonight without Griffin in the lineup. Bucks win 112-98 type of game.
My Pick: Under 216

It's hard to bet against Bumgarner but the Giants offense has been horrible this year batting .205 this season. Lyles has looked good and comes into this game rested and has the better offense behind him.
My Pick: Pittsburgh -108

Chicago being favored makes sense with Hendricks on the mound and the Cubs are at home and have had an extra day to rest. However, Hendricks has been one of the least impressive parts of Chicagos rotation so far this season, Kelly hasnt been a showstopper, hes pitched decent out of the gate and Arizona keeps finding ways to hang around as well as win baseball games after sweeping a very good Atlanta team to start the week. If forced to play this one I would take Arizona and the plus money just because of the favorable odds.
My Pick: Arizona +152

The Warriors opened a can of worms by blowing the biggest lead in playoff history and giving the Clippers a new level of confidence. There's also the loss of DeMarcus Cousins, which taps into their already limited depth. The Clippers are a gritty team and now believe they can beat the Warriors, especially here tonight on their home court. I like the points.
My Pick: Los Angeles +8.5

The Tampa Bay Rays continue to be the most impressive team in baseball and have a pitching staff that shows up time and time again. With Stanek on the hill against one of the worst teams in baseball, I see Rays winning a 4-2 or 5-2 type low scoring game.
My Pick: Under 8

Wheeler has gotten off to a slow start, allowing 13 runs in 15.2 innings this season. I think with this being such an early start, theres more likelihood for Philadelphias offense to carry over here, so I'll take Philly and Arrieta on the low line in this early game.
My Pick: Philadelphia -110

Game one Brooklyn looked like the better team on both ends of the floor but Vegas still in love with Philly and throwing out big numbers again. The Brooklyn Nets play transition offensive and makes a lot of threes. The Philadelphia 76ers have the more talented team on paper but continue to struggle with turnovers and play too much iso ball. Not to mention Embiid who continues to struggle with a nagging knee injury. The 76ers should play better here at home, but the value is once again with the Nets and the eight points.
My Pick: Brooklyn +8

Kluber is Cleveland's ace and he looked really sharp in his last start, giving up 1 run in 6 innings. Junis has been alright, but hes still given up at least three runs in each of his starts so far this season and has an ERA well over five against Cleveland in his career. The edge on the mound today goes to the Indians and at -140 it's probably worth the price. I think the Indians stop the bleeding and pick up a much-needed win here to avoid the sweep.
My Pick: Cleveland -140

Stroman is showing flashes of returning to the pitcher he was a couple of years ago, he just needs to clean up the walks. Morton falls in line with pretty much every Rays pitcher this season, just complete dominance and somebody you don't want to bet against. I give Tampa the edge here in what should be a defensive low scoring game.
My Pick: Tampa Bay -142 & Under 8

I can understand Boston being such a heavy favorite here with Price on the mound after giving up 8 runs in his last two starts. On the other hand, even with a boatload of plus money, asking Baltimore to win two in a row against Boston with a pitcher thats making just his second career start seems like a lot to ask in this spot. Smarter bet here is on the OVER 10 - both teams having been capable offensively and against two pitching staffs that are susceptible.
My Pick: Over 10

You cannot keep the Dodgers down for long as their offense is one of the best in MLB. They were averaging eight runs per game before getting swept in St. Louis. At home, the Dodgers will be able to turn things around. The Brewers lineup features some threats including last seasons NL MVP. Burnes has Christmas tree potential, I think this one easily goes over.
My Pick: Over 8

Good price on the Rays today! Aside from Staneks last relief appearance (one earned on two hits without an out), hes been stellar this year with just one hit allowed. Ive honestly never been a fan of Tampas multi- starter strategy, but hey, its working great more often than not and theyre off to a hot start. I like Thornton to come out solid here as well, but right now I just cant pick against a red-hot Tampa Bay team. I will put something on the UNDER 8.5 just to hedge my bet.
My Pick: Tampa Bay -122 & Under 8.5

This line is a bit rich but the possibility that Trout doesnt play looms large here as he is their best hitter against southpaws and is also the Angels best all-around player. The Angels lit Hamels up when he was with Texas so that gives me pause here, but still think the right play is the Cubs today....just wish the juice wasn't so heavy. Will wait and see what this total looks like when it's released...

Agree, too many points.
